These terms apply to your use of affinityind.com and the services of (“Affinity”). By using our website or services, you agree to them.
What we do
Affinity is a medical travel facilitator. We help you choose and arrange treatment at hospitals in India and coordinate related services such as visa documentation, travel, accommodation, interpreters, AYUSH wellness programmes and follow-up. We are not a hospital or clinic and we do not provide treatment ourselves.
Medical opinions
A doctor on our team may review your reports and give you a preliminary opinion to help you choose a hospital and specialist. This is not a diagnosis or a treatment prescription. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by the treating doctor and hospital, who are responsible for your clinical care.
No guarantee of outcome
Every patient is different. We do not guarantee the outcome of any treatment, procedure or programme.
Costs and payment
Any cost we share before your treatment is an estimate based on the information available at the time. The final cost may change if your treatment plan changes, for example after further tests or because of complications. The services included in your package, the price, payment terms and any cancellation or refund terms will be confirmed to you in writing before you travel. Hospital charges are subject to the hospital’s own terms.
Visas and travel
We help prepare documents for your medical visa. The decision to grant a visa is made by the Government of India. We are not responsible for a visa being refused or delayed.
Your responsibilities
- Give us complete and accurate information about your health, medical history and travel documents
- Follow the advice and instructions of your treating doctors and hospital
- Comply with Indian law and the conditions of your visa
Third-party services
Hospitals, doctors, hotels, airlines and transport providers are independent third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms, and they are responsible for the services they provide.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Affinity is not liable for the acts or omissions of hospitals, doctors or other third-party providers, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
