Who we are
This website is operated by (LLPIN ), (“Affinity”, “we”, “us”). We are a medical travel facilitator. We help patients arrange treatment at hospitals in India, along with travel, stay and follow-up support.

- Medical information you choose to send us, such as reports, scans, prescriptions and discharge summaries. We ask you to share these on WhatsApp or email, not through the website form.

- Information about accompanying family members that you share with us to plan their travel and stay.

- To coordinate your follow-up care after you return home
- To reply to your enquiries and keep you informed about your case

We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you contact us or send us your reports. We will ask for your agreement before we share your medical reports with any hospital or doctor. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to our Grievance Officer. We keep your information for as long as it is needed for your treatment journey and follow-up, and for any period the law requires. After that we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to legal requirements.
How we protect it
We use a company WhatsApp Business account and company email, limit access to the people working on your case, and take reasonable security measures to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data at every step.
