The first step in planning treatment in India is simple: send us your medical reports. The more complete they are, the faster our doctor can tell you what treatment is likely, which specialist and hospital fit your case, and what the next step should be. Here is what helps most.
The essentials
- Your latest doctor’s notes or referral letter. A short summary of your diagnosis and what your current doctor recommends.
- Recent test results. Blood tests, biopsy or pathology reports, and any other lab work from the last three to six months.
- Imaging reports. The written report for any X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI or PET scan. If you have the scan images on a CD or link, keep them ready; the specialist may ask for them.
- Current medicines. A photo of your prescriptions or a list of medicines and doses.
- Past surgery or hospital stays. Discharge summaries from any earlier treatment related to your condition.
Condition-specific documents
Some specialties need particular reports. For heart treatment, an ECG, echocardiogram and any angiography report. For cancer, the biopsy report, staging scans and any chemotherapy or radiation history. For joint replacement, recent X-rays of the affected joint. Our doctor will tell you if anything else is needed.
How to send them
Clear photos taken on your phone are fine. Lay each page flat in good light, make sure all the text is readable, and send one page per photo. PDFs are welcome too. Please send reports on WhatsApp or email rather than through our website form.
